Sine Delta is growing, and we are searching for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team based in Stavanger. We believe that you are a strategic thinker and problem solver as well as having the love of seeing the results of brilliant implementation work.
About You
You will be handed the responsibility to build upon the design of Collectricity, manage and handle the design, engineering and engineering software system. In short term that means that you together with our team will further develop our MVP 1.0. and ensure that we gain successful test results. You will in addition have the responsibility to put together Sine Delta`s best design & engineering practices and ensure our product is designed for manufacture
- Report directly to the CEO;
- Design for manufacture new engineering products & processes;
- Design with use of materials;
- Understanding of Biomimicry and use in design;
- Craft models and drawings in Autodesk Products;
- Environment and safety conscious;
- Research new product ideas and methods;
- Improve existing products and processes;
- Cost aware;
- Analise Prototype data, update design accordingly;
- Strong Math skills;
- Analysis using Nastran;
- Strong IT skills;
- Problem solving;
- Attention to detail;
- Time management skills;
- Organisation skills;
- Creative flair for solutions.
Qualifications and personal skills:
It would be perfect if you also have experience with structural analysis, and project management. And finally, and perhaps the most important thing. You love working with people and thrive reaching your full potential in a fast-paced environment.
