Natallia Barratt

Name:               Natallia Barratt

Role:                  Communication & Content Coordinator

Comes from:      Belarus

What initially drew you to Sine Delta and the position?

“Because I knew the product from the beginning,” Natallia began. “There are many things, but one is the product itself—its potential, the scale. It’s a new industry for me, which makes it an exiting challenge. I’m eager to explore how what I know can be applied here.” Natallia’s enthusiasm was clear as she reflected on the journey ahead.

What were you looking for in your career that you found at Sine Delta?

“Freedom of development,” she said without hesitation. “It’s important to have an atmosphere where you can grow and test ideas. Not testing for the sake of experiments, but to have the freedom to make choices and see their results.” She emphasised her comfort with the cycle of “starting and growing companies,” adding, “Although it is risky, it’s a familiar risk for me and I prefer these conditions. It’s also wonderful to work with a team of talented people who bring such care and dedication to their roles. It’s inspiring to be part of a group where everyone’s strengths are driving the machine forward together.”

What aspect of the company inspired you to join the team?

"The technology," she said with a smile. "The way it works, its genius inspiration from nature and the biomimicry. It’s incredible. The simplicity and scalability of the product are truly inspiring."

What do you value most in your work, and how do you find that at Sine Delta?

“I value the ability to make choices, explore different paths, and bounce ideas off others. It’s fascinating to see how other people’s perspectives shape and challenge your own ideas. At Sine Delta, I’m in an environment where everyone’s experience and knowledge create a space where we all learn from each other.”

What makes you proud to work at Sine Delta?

“I’m proud of the company, the people, the product, and the speed at which we’re achieving things. What drives me is the sheer amount of potential—the many things we’ve yet to accomplish. It’s a mix of excitement and urgency.”

What’s the best part of your day at Sine Delta?

“The morning,” she said thoughtfully. “When you come in and realise the whole day is ahead of you, full of potential and surprises. It’s exciting to wonder what it’s going to bring.”

What do you enjoy most about the team?

I love that we’re open and give each other feedback—even the challenging kind. It’s not seen as negative but as a potential for growth, both personally and professionally. And we’re quick to act. We talk, but then we execute right away. That’s motivating and makes us productive.

What is the best thing about working here?

“It’s the concentration of expertise in such a small team. Often, small teams lack depth in some areas, but here it feels like a dense, powerful hub of knowledge and capability. It’s like a black hole—small yet impactful.”

What has been the most memorable moment so far?

“Making the prototype,” she recalled with a sense of wonder. “Our first attempt to put it together was fascinating, using whatever we had at the time. Then seeing it evolve into a much bigger machine—those moments stand out vividly for me.”

What excites you most about Sine Delta’s technology?

"The simplicity," she said. "It’s amazing how few parts it has and how well it works. It’s a minimalistic approach that’s highly effective."

What excites you most about the coming year at Sine Delta?

“Acquiring and installing product with a commercial partner,” she said confidently. “Even though I’m not designing the technology, being part of that process and contributing ideas where I can is exciting. Since not all of our partners are technical, my role in communication allows me to step into their shoes, understand their perspectives and address any challenges they might face in a clear and effective way.”

If you could describe your experience at Sine Delta in one word, what would it be? Why?

“Rocket,” she said after a pause. “It’s an adventure on a very solid machine. The fundamentals are solid, with strong engineering and business expertise, but it’s also a journey to an open space—unknown and thrilling.”

What’s your favorite quote?

“Quotes tend to escape me when asked. But if I had to sum it up, I’d say progress is my driving force. I love when people, companies, and humanity as a whole progress. Progress must be built on gratitude and appreciation for what we have while striving for improvements and efficiencies. That’s what drives me.”
