Sine Delta’s Strategic Insight
Sine Delta had the honour of joining the COMMIT Project semester meeting in Stara Zagora, Bulgaria, representing the Norwegian industry delegation alongside ETN and Rogaland Fylkeskommune.
COMMIT is an EU initiative, that aims to strengthen collaboration and share practices that help SMEs access finance for the transition to a low-carbon economy. This meeting gathered regional authorities, innovation networks, and industry representatives from across Europe to explore one shared goal: how to make the green transition both accessible and sustainable for businesses driving change.
A Front-Row Seat to European Policy in Action
At this gathering, Sine Delta was invited to participate as the industry representative from Norway.
Together with our partners, we joined critical discussions on how European mechanisms can best finance and support innovative businesses in the green shift.
The meeting provided a rare and transparent look into how European policies and programs are shaped to meet the needs of emerging industries. For us it was a golden opportunity to observe these systems up close, to see how strategy, funding, and innovation are connected across borders.
From Dialogue to Partnership
A key outcome of the trip was the establishment of valuable, long-term connections.
We engaged with experts with decades of experience in EU Structural Funds, regional development, and innovation policies, people who have offered to share their knowledge and open doors to their networks as Sine Delta prepares for the next stages of growth in Europe.
These new relationships represent more than introductions. They are future collaborations built on trust, shared purpose, and a mutual understanding of what it takes to drive technological change on a European scale.
Shared Purpose Across Borders
The visit also offered a broader perspective on the scale and structure of Europe’s sustainability efforts. It was inspiring to witness the level of commitment, transparency, and coordination between regions and sectors, all working toward a shared mission: enabling the technologies that will define a more sustainable and resilient future.
Looking Ahead
We extend our gratitude to ETN and Rogaland Fylkeskommune for the invitation and excellent collaboration throughout this experience, and to all participants for their dedication to advancing sustainable innovation.
The insights and partnerships gained in Bulgaria will directly support Sine Delta’s continued mission to turn innovation into real-world impact and contribute meaningfully to Europe’s green transition.
